Melt butter in a non-stick pan, add brown sugar and mix till it melts.
Add cinnamon powder and mix.

How to Make Banana Split (Stepwise Photos)

Method

Melt butter in a non-stick pan, add brown sugar and mix till it melts.
Add cinnamon powder and mix.
Peel and slit the bananas vertically, add them to brown sugar mixture and mix gently so that they are well coated. Add rum.
Transfer the bananas onto serving platters and serve with ice-cream and pancakes.
