Preheat oven to 180º C.
Keep the pizza bases on a baking tray. Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each pizza base. Sprinkle onion, yellow and green capsicums, olives, mushrooms, salt, pepper powder, oregano and then top with cheese. Drizzle sweet-spicy sauce.

Salt to taste

Mozzarella cheese, grated 150 gms
Kissan sweet and spicy sauce 6 tsps

How to Make Mushroom Pizza (Stepwise Photos)

Method

Preheat oven to 180º C.
Keep the pizza bases on a baking tray. Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each pizza base. Sprinkle onion, yellow and green capsicums, olives, mushrooms, salt, pepper powder, oregano and then top with cheese. Drizzle sweet-spicy sauce.
Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts and turns light golden.
Cut into wedges, arrange on a serving platter and serve.
