Salted butter 100 gms
Sugar 150 gms
Icing sugar 300 gms

Heat peanut butter in a non-stick pan till it begins to melt. Add salted butter and mix well.
Add sugar and cook stirring continuously. Add icing sugar and continue to cook stirring continuously till the mixture thickens.

How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge (Stepwise Photos)

Method

Heat peanut butter in a non-stick pan till it begins to melt. Add salted butter and mix well.
Add sugar and cook stirring continuously. Add icing sugar and continue to cook stirring continuously till the mixture thickens.
Transfer it onto a greased tray and let it cool down to room temperature. Garnish with roasted peanuts and serve.
