Blend cottage cheese
and ½ cup milk in a blender to a smooth paste.
Heat remaining milk in
a non-stick pan, add the cottage cheese paste, mix well and cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, till the mixture thickens. Add honey and mix well.

Method
Blend cottage cheese

Pour the firni into
small serving bowls.
Cut a few almonds into
slivers, sprinkle them on top the firni, sprinkle some rose syrup on top.
Cool down to room
temperature and keep the bowls in the refrigerator to chill before serving.
