Refined flour 1 cup
Eggs 2

Preheat oven to 180º C.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and butter and beat with a hand blender till light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and mix well.

Baking powder 1 tsp
Different flavours of jam 1 tsp each

How to Make Mini Cupcakes (Stepwise Photos)

Method

Preheat oven to 180º C.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and butter and beat with a hand blender till light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
Mix together flour and baking powder in another bowl and then add it to the egg mixture and fold in till well mixed.
Pour into individual cupcake moulds, keep them in a baking tray. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Take them out of the oven and let them cool a bit. Spread different flavors of jam on top and serve.
