Saffola Fruit and Nut Oats (strawberry surprise) 1 packet
Milk 1 cup
Chocolate ice cream 4 scoops
Vanilla ice cream 12 scoops

Cook oats in milk in a non-stick pan. Cool down to room temperature and chill in the refrigerator.
Put chocolate ice cream, chilled Saffola oats in a blender jar and blend till smooth.

How to Make Black Forest Protein Shake (Stepwise Photos)

Method

Cook oats in milk in a non-stick pan. Cool down to room temperature and chill in the refrigerator.
Put chocolate ice cream, chilled Saffola oats in a blender jar and blend till smooth.
Pour the shake into serving glasses filling them till ⅓.
Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in each glass to create the white layer in black forest cake.
Fill the rest of the glasses with the shake and again place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the top.
Garnish each glass with chocolate shavings and place some cherries on the top and serve with a chocolate stick in each glass.
