Pep up the frankfurters with this delicious creamy apple sauce

Frankfurters, slit 8
Medium apples, peeled, cored and each cut into 8 wedges 2
Unsalted butter 2 tbsps
Oil 1 tbsp

Heat 1 tbsp butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add apples, onion, bay leaf, salt and pepper powder, mix and sauté for 3 minutes.
Heat remaining butter in another non-stick and place Frankfurters in it and sauté for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Bay leaf 1
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Real Grape Juice 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
Real Apple Juice 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp

How to Make Frankfurters with Creamy Apple (Stepwise Photos)

Method

Heat 1 tbsp butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add apples, onion, bay leaf, salt and pepper powder, mix and sauté for 3 minutes.
Heat remaining butter in another non-stick and place Frankfurters in it and sauté for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Add Real Grape Juice to the apple mixture, mix, cover and cook till 4-5 minutes.
Add cream, Real Apple Juice and brown sugar, mix well and cook till it thickens.
Arrange the frankfurters in a serving plate, pour the apple mixture over them and serve.
