Watermelon cubes 8 cups
Ginger, chopped 4 tsps
Yogurt 2 cups
Sugar 8 tbsps

For each portion put 2 cups watermelon, 1 tsp ginger, ½ cup yogurt and 2 tbsps sugar in a blender jar. Add a few ice cubes and blend till smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
