To make the filling,
heat ½ cup water in a non-stick pan, add cinnamon stick, jaggery and apple and boil till apple softens.
To make the rolls,
take wheat flour, oat meal, cardamom powder, salt and jaggery in a bowl and mix well.
Pour milk and whisk
to make a smooth batter for pancakes.
Heat oil in another
non-stick pan and wipe it with a tissue paper. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread by tilting the pan. Cook, turning sides, till light brown on both sides. Place the pancake on a platter and make more pancakes similarly.
Place some apple
filling in the centre of each pancake and roll.
Cut each pancake
diagonally into two pieces and arrange on a serving plate. Serve.
