Fruit cubes served in a mixture of milk and vanilla ice cream

  • Medium kiwis, roughly chopped 6 to 8
  • Medium oranges, peeled and separated into segments 4 to 6
  • Milk 4 cups
  • Vanilla ice creams 8 cups
  • Put kiwis into a blender jar and blend into a puree. Transfer into a bowl. Similarly blend orange segments into puree, transfer into another bowl.

How to Make Fruit Cube Smoothie (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Put kiwis into a blender jar and blend into a puree. Transfer into a bowl. Similarly blend orange segments into puree, transfer into another bowl.
  2. Pour the purees into separate ice trays, keep them in a freezer and freeze them to get fruit cubes.
  3. Put milk and ice cream in the blender jar and blend to a smooth shake.
  4. Pour the prepared shake into 4 tall glasses. Drop in some fruit cubes in each glass and serve immediately.
