Take wheat bran, gram flour, cottage cheese,
potatoes, spinach, onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic and salt in a mixing bowl and mash them together with a masher.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and
shape them into cutlets.

it and cook, turning sides, till both sides are evenly golden.
