Medium apples, peeled, cored and grated 3
Sugar 2 tbsps
Lemon juice 1½ tsps

Heat a non-stick pan, add apples, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon powder and cook till the mixture begins to thicken and gets jam consistency.
Cool and transfer into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Use as required.
