Refined flour (maida) 1 cup

Take refined flour and salt in a bowl, add ¼ cup water and knead into a firm and smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 2 portions. Roll out each portion into a thin sheet, fold and cut into 1 cm thick strips.

How to Make Chinese Honey Noodles (Stepwise Photos)

Method

Take refined flour and salt in a bowl, add ¼ cup water and knead into a firm and smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 2 portions. Roll out each portion into a thin sheet, fold and cut into 1 cm thick strips.
Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan, slide in the strips, in batches, and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
Pour honey on top while the noodles are still hot.
Put some fried noodles in each serving bowl top with 1 ice cream scoop and serve immediately.
