How to Make Rice and Zucchini Patties (Stepwise Photos)
Method
Take rice, corn,
zucchini, onion, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and eggs in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Dampen your hands,
divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a round patty.
Heat sufficient oil in a
non-stick pan, keep the patties in it and shallow-fry, turning sides, till both sides are evenly cooked and golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
Arrange the patties on
a serving platter and serve hot with a bowl of tomato sauce.
