Take semolina, green
capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, carrots, cabbage, yogurt, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves in a mixing bowl and mix well.

Heat some oil in a
non-stick pan, keep the bread slices on it and cook, turning sides, till both sides are equally cooked and golden.
Keep the bread slices
on a serving platter, garnish with cheese and serve with a bowl of tomato ketchup and serve.
