Method

Heat oil in a small non-stick pan, add spring onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
Add cream cheese and cook on low heat.
Add milk and mix so that the cheese does not stick and the mixture has a thin consistency.
Remove from heat and put into a bowl.
Garnish with tomato and coriander leaves and serve with chips.
