Method
Preheat oven to
180º C. Grease a baking dish.
Take butter, brown
sugar and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric beater till the sugars dissolve and the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Add eggs, vanilla
extract and continue to beat.
Add refined flour,
baking soda, baking powder, salt, dark and white chocolate chips and fold in well.
Pour the mixture into
the greased dish. Spread cashewnuts on top.
Keep the dish in the
preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Take the dish out of
the oven and let it cool down to room temperature.
Cut into bars, arrange
the bars on a serving platter and serve.
