A delicious mocktail just right for the kids

  • Kiwis, peeled and finely chopped 2
  • Apricot juice 4 cups
  • Almonds, blanched and slivered 6 tbsps
  • Butterscotch ice cream 4 cups

  • For each portion put 1 cup butter scotch ice cream and 1 cup apricot juice in a mocktail shaker and shake.
  • Put 1½ tbsps almond slicers in each of 4 serving glasses. Top it with ¼ the chopped kiwi and fill up the glasses with the butterscotch mixture.

How to Make Fruit and Nut Delight (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. For each portion put 1 cup butter scotch ice cream and 1 cup apricot juice in a mocktail shaker and shake.
  2. Put 1½ tbsps almond slicers in each of 4 serving glasses. Top it with ¼ the chopped kiwi and fill up the glasses with the butterscotch mixture.
  3. Garnish the rim of each glass with a tangerine slice and serve.
