Kiwis, peeled and finely chopped 2
Apricot juice 4 cups
Almonds, blanched and slivered 6 tbsps
Butterscotch ice cream 4 cups

For each portion put 1 cup butter scotch ice cream and 1 cup apricot juice in a mocktail shaker and shake.
Put 1½ tbsps almond slicers in each of 4 serving glasses. Top it with ¼ the chopped kiwi and fill up the glasses with the butterscotch mixture.

Method
