Strawberries, chopped 2 cups
Crushed ice as required
Fresh mint leaves, hand torn 4 tbsps
Pineapple juice 2 cups

For each portion, put crushed ice in a glass till it is half-full, add 1 tbsp mint leaves and ½ cup strawberries.
Pour ½ cup pineapple juice and 1 tbsp sugar syrup (if using) on top. Add 3 tbsps coconut cream and mix.
