Gluten free flour 1 cup
Soy milk 1 cup

Take whole wheat flour, gluten free flour, soy milk, egg, salt, baking soda, cinnamon powder and apple sauce in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and whisk into a smooth batter. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Preheat waffle iron.

How to Make Wheat Waffles (Stepwise Photos)

Method

Take whole wheat flour, gluten free flour, soy milk, egg, salt, baking soda, cinnamon powder and apple sauce in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and whisk into a smooth batter. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Preheat waffle iron.
Brush waffle iron with butter and pour a ladleful of batter into it. Cover and cook till golden from both sides. Take it off on a serving plate.
Use up the rest of the batter similarly.
Serve hot with some fresh fruits of your choice.
