Dry roast the almonds in a non-stick pan on low heat till crisp. Set aside to cool down to room temperature.
Take chocolate in a bowl and melt on a double boiler and temper it properly.

How to Make Almond Rocks (Stepwise Photos)

Method

Dry roast the almonds in a non-stick pan on low heat till crisp. Set aside to cool down to room temperature.
Take chocolate in a bowl and melt on a double boiler and temper it properly.
Add almond to the chocolate and mix till all the almond pieces are well coated.
Line a baking tray with butter paper.
Drop spoon full of the chocolate-almond mixture on the butter paper till all the mixture is used up.
Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set.
Arrange on a serving platter and serve.
