Mix together yogurt,
cream, condensed milk and strawberry crush in a bowl till well blended.
Pour this mixture into
small bowls, keep them in a baking tray. Pour water into the tray till half full. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove the tray from
the oven and allow the yogurt to cool. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Decorate each bowl
with a strawberry fan, dust with icing sugar and serve chilled.
